However, this effect, scientists now observe, would also occur in the northeastern part of the country on the push of a decisive factor: <strong>soil moisture<\/strong>. This is supported by recent <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s00376-023-2363-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">research<\/a> published in the journal Advances in Atmospheric Sciences.<\/p>\n<p>The study, notes <strong>Han Yizhe<\/strong>, researcher and lead author in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurekalert.org\/news-releases\/1030685\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">statement<\/a> released by the researchers, unveils the mechanisms behind rainfall during the warmer months. And it helps improve the scientific prediction of rainfall in the region.<\/p>\n<div class='avia-iframe-wrap'>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"2So5lY1kfW\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/resoilfoundation.org\/en\/articles\/microbes-permafrost-released-carbon\/\">In Tibetan permafrost 54% of the carbon comes from microbes<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;In Tibetan permafrost 54% of the carbon comes from microbes&#8221; &#8212; Re Soil Foundation\" src=\"https:\/\/resoilfoundation.org\/en\/articles\/microbes-permafrost-released-carbon\/embed\/#?secret=xjoobK6GxM#?secret=2So5lY1kfW\" data-secret=\"2So5lY1kfW\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<h5>The Atmospheric Heat Source<\/h5>\n<p>The work, by researchers at the Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the <strong>Chinese Academy of Sciences<\/strong>, focuses on the so-called Atmospheric Heat Source (AHS). And it examines data collected from 1961 to 2020.<\/p>\n<p>In spring, the research explains, &#8220;the strong <strong>Tibetan Plateau AHS<\/strong> could strengthen the transportation of water vapor to East China and lead to excessive rainfall in the <strong>Yellow River Valley\u2013North China region<\/strong> (YRVNC). Some time ago <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41558-022-01558-4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">research<\/a> by a group of scientists from Beijing Normal University published in the journal Nature Climate Change <a href=\"https:\/\/resoilfoundation.org\/en\/articles\/amazon-devastation-climate-tibet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">highlighted<\/a> the importance of the <strong>complex network of interactions<\/strong> between the atmosphere, oceans, land, ice and biosphere. These elements affect different areas of the world.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>When occurring in a certain region of the Planet, the researchers pointed out, it is possible for certain critical phenomena to<strong>\u00a0trigger certain effects in another connected area<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>By analyzing a huge number of hourly air temperature measurements at more than 65,000 locations and operating simulations to predict future climate changes, the authors had described these relationships in mathematical terms. The numbers in particular had shown that there was a clear connection between the <strong>unusual temperatures recorded in the Amazon and Tibet<\/strong> over the past 40
